I've observed that leaders from different ethnic group are either thanking their people for not protesting or blaming their people for something like being "deceived" to protest by other ethnic groups while they didnt protest in their own region...... the emphasis has been on "our" and "their" ......
I'm astonished that political leaders at that level could be doing such even if some of our people are doing so.

Funny you should mentioned Ariaria since I actually lived on Faulks rd, not too far from Ariaria Market, for a couple of years back when I was a student in Nigeria. I even spent some time on Omuma Road too, not far from the then ABSUTH Teaching Hospital.

So, again, answer my question. Why in the world do you go around pretending that the SouthEast is populated only by Igbos and particularly those who reason as you do? I will not bother responding if you don't categorically answer my question this time cause I am sick and tired of wasting my energy on bigots.

There are rats in Aba. There are mosquitoes too. If I ask any butterfly, insects which presidential candidate got more than 90% of votes in southeast in 2023 elections, these animals I listed can't say.
Point is that you can be present and still be oblivious of what's happening.
If you claim you lived in Aba and you are saying it is a metropolitan city, then you are not in touch with reality.

Igbos have never taken any decisive step in the polity of things in Nigeria since the days of zik. They're always neither here nor there when it comes to affairs of the Nation. They always stand aloof.

When the time for election comes too, they all have the Lowest turn out. How dem wan become president or obi winning the presidenncy. Yorubas are still protesting despite the president being a Yoruba man. That's why we shall always be reckoned with in Nigeria.

Why should Igbos take decisive steps on matters concerning Nigeria when they've told you severally they want out & are not part of this failed union.

Simon Ekpa plague is already overwhelming for the south east... Adding a protest of this manner to it will just be too devastating and they may not recover from the effect ... The prisoners that were released during the endsars prison break are the ones converted to UGM being used by Simon Ekpa to terrorise them. Abi, have those prisoner being employee by chevron or willingly returned back to the prison?
