MY POINT EVEN IS THAT, MODERN PRESIDENT GIVE LIVE SPEECHES AND IT MAKES THE AUDIENCE FEEL CONNECTED. It’s not several rehearsed and edited speech that takes days in making. Old Biden manges to do this.
Many now just build the speech off recorded keynotes on notes, cue cards or teleprompter
