Imagine our own fellow citizens insulting Amala and Ewedu on a daily basis while foreigners from far away USA ate showing love to the dish. It’s quite unfortunate. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dAyCREGfeb0?si=qDbu_-mlgs_D7Tf1 |

Arda1000:Variety is the spice of life. You limit your enjoyment of the world by being unadventurous. Personally I eat and enjoy EVERY swallow dish and soup from anywhere in Nigeria. In fact the more rare and exotic it is, the better. If you place egusi or okro soup in my front, and then bring an unknown village delicacy soup from say Plateau state or Edo state or Kwara, I will choose the latter, just to see what the people in those places are enjoying. |

I dream of seeing a massive hall restaurant built where soups and dishes from all over Nigeria will be offered. As in over 500 soup varieties. Each state will have its own cubicle. |
