The only suggested cause of death in the post is cardiac arrest. For a woman who is likely size 8 or 9 in her pics? She is not obese, why suspect cardiac so casually?
Authorities need to reveal her autopsy report so we can fairly project the problem.

It's possible she was 'Plus" I don't trust anybody, least of all the husband. This is not America where strange illness abound and young ones have terminal illnesses. She was not hungry definitely. Note that I'm not making a definitive statement but a possible scenario.

Revived him after a few minutes ... said he suffers from LBP and In should get him a Malta .. he'll be OK. Told him to just sit and keep his head down until. Got him the Malta and he was OK. Then I knew LBP can make you slump .. no warning. Same with people off their insulin ... didn't know that either. Sitting in the car ... guy asked me to call an ambulance ... was out of his insulin medication. Said he will be right here ... and stood against the gate of a closed store .What?? ... an elderly man... so I called 911 and was talking to the operator who asked me for his description. I turned my eyes back to the man... within that minute ...he had slumped and was out cold on the sidewalk. A crowd began gathering and this one lady ...one of the first to stop...began claiming he drank too much. The medics came and Ingot the attention of one of them to let him know I made the call and the man said it was a case of lack of insulin. They scooped him up... to date I still wonder if he made it. That's how I learned lack of insulin can cause slumping and death

Just note all these deaths very well, and nobody constantly slumping and dying in America where almost everyone took the vaccines. Because we all know, as soon as ONE person slumps and dies in the West you'd start hollering vaccine!

Yeah we all need to be deligent with our prescriptions.
Always review your health with your doctor at all times. Very important.
