I have cousins that I am paying school fees for regularly. That’s because I’m still young and not married yet to even having kids.

See Nigeria don’t know the difference between tuition and schoolfees. So they use it interchangeably. So while you see news house writing it as tuition, they still mean school fees.

In 2017, FG universities hike tuition, yet tuition is still N0. That’s simple because they hike school fees.

Since you said na Tinubu student loan cause school to start charging tuition, why is FG increasing tuition in 2017?

So many toxic people on this forum. Just because you can't benefit some something, you condemn it. The students receiving the 20k did not complain. School fees are taken care of. Extra 20k on top, their parents or legal guardians can easily add foodstuffs or something to support them. We need to remove hatred from our hearts. Some of the persons accusing Tinubu left and right are more evil than the devil. Some can't even manage their day-to-day life properly but think they are experts.

20k monthly is still a good deal for student. Abia is paying 18k minimum wage for man with family, when are you going to call him out rather than calling out FG paying 20k for a single student.

However, this will solve the problem of several hundred thousands of students whose parent cannot afford to pay their school fees.

It will put 240k per annum in the account of those students for upkeep.

This is a good step in the right direction.
