I no be doctor but , I have seen something like that which after some lab check ✅ it was discovered that the water in the house was the couse ! All the family were affected.

I think is an allergy. I had this experience on my thigh some weeks back. I complain to a pharmacy and I was given a cream which work well for me. Within a week the rashes disappear

Don't freak out...do test after a week. It's normal. Sometimes it could be some sort of allergy

It could be staph aureus infection

If you have swollen lymph nodes along with it, it's definitely HIV

If your fingers and thighs have itchy rash, then it's scabies. You can use benzyl benzoate solution or visit a doctor or pharmacist for prescription.
