It hasn't been so easy to get info about there. Information I'm aware of is the rate of recruitment has reduced compared to when the former EVC was there and the new EVC handles all recruitment matters himself.

Staff I know and have interacted with seem scared to even comment or meddle their hands in it. I understand its for their own security as I'm aware that since the new EVC joined some senior members of staff have directly/indirectly had to retire (you get me). The Director of Human Capital and Admin was likewise changed among other changes.

Last time I had a contact with someone there concerning this, in his words, "there are no general recruitment, only internal happenings" which points to replacements I believe.

Get in contact with the EVC, PA or SA to follow up or get a timeline. They are your best and reliable bet.

Since they refused to implement the 25-35 percent salary increase for CONRAIS before the minimum wage,kasala wan burst.
Heard they will settle it before paying anyone.

This was posted earlier this year here and confirmed by others, hadn't asked anyone any question about them yet then, and also I can't predict when next. Could be tomorrow, could be next month, could be 3 months.

And most times tbh internal staff might not even be aware, they just see things happen, so shoot your shot if you must.

Not sure by law but I think it depends on various factors such as the strength of the MDA, it's mandate, budget, Igr & who's heading it. e.t.c

Not trying to discredit anyone here but that replacement didnt happen at that time. Even if letters were given, I’m sure they were not plenty at all. I got Intouch with more than 5 people waiting for ncc including this forum and they all said the same thing, that their connects told them that no letter was given. One of my friends connect even went to human resource department to check if he was sidelined and They had given apl without his knowledge only to discover that no letter had been given from that organization. I think what’s happening to ncc is thesame with what’s happening with NDIC, nuprc and some other organizations that have been silent and nobody can accurately 100% tell you why there is delay in giving apl but everyone knows that something will happen soon. My advice is to be patient. I know before the year runs out something will definitely happen.

For NCC, something is happening there but with a very tight connection. Even their very top staff are speechless as one of them told me that for now, he cant even comment on the manner of recruitment/replacement they are doing. So to all my struggling NCC prospectives, sharpen your connect and keep building connects, if list appears and you dont find your name, dont beat yourself much, candidates with 100G connects are very much on it, especially politicians and not office people. In all, keep praying, when God does his miracle, the common man testifies the most.

I have it on good authority that the new EVC brought in some people during the time he's been there and these are the people working directly around him (maybe he knew them personally before). It could have been those few he just did and no other APLs shared since.
