Why would I leave your company if you're treating me well

I will work in synergy with the already existing staff of this organization to put the organization ahead of others and it's competitors to make it enviable that other employees from other organization makes it a prayer point to someday work here, having said that, rather than leaving for the said better opportunity I rather stay put here and work harder to make this organization the best in scheme of things,

But all nah whinning, if I see better offer wetin to do dey my mind
