Seizure don't qualify for evidence unless you are going for summary judgment

At what point did you see any NLC affiliated personnel participate in the protest? Because the DSS said they "believe", it now becomes a yardstick for you to form conclusions? Can you name the number of times the government and it agencies have lied to Nigerians?
