You and I know that the screen was broken from your shop, did I bother you about refunds until I was able to absorb the story and actually look at the back of the screen to confirm the serial and size discription on the video you sent to me?

Broken screen Wil not be a problem if all the discription on your screen sent to me matched.

For your information I'm giving you upto Monday to please send me screen else I'll source it from alsewhere and you make a refunds of 70k back, I gave you upto yesterday and that's what I told my client but you're completely mute on me, fix yourself in my shoe, what do you think the client is throwing at me, do you know the pressure I'm absorbing yet you feel all is well because I'm giving you time to make decision

Right from the start remember you told me about the broken screen i asked you if you checked it at the point of collection and you said NO i knew it would be very difficult for the courier to own up to for the damage,
and i felt sympathy and mentioned that we would see what i can do.
Later i offer some discount for for another screen with the hope that you would send the complete device so that we can fix it and send to you since I couldn't ask for that option because we met online and I doubt if you would agree to it because it's safer fixing the complete monitor and sending complete than ordinary screen. I offered you 20k discount from the original agreed amount but later you changed the whole narrative and started bringing out issues that I gave you a broken screen and that I am scammer.

Does it make sense to check for a bad taped just by looking at the outside packaging at the point of receipt?

How could I have know that the screen you sent to me is not the same thing you showed me the serial on the video you posted to me on WhatsApp,

You deliberately sent me a broken screen just to push the blame on the courier company, because it doesn't make sense to push blame on the courier company just because I did not open the package at the point of receipt which is not even a logical question you should ask me here because a fragile screen should remain inside the package until I get to the shop where it's ready for fixing.

So if I bought a television from you, you'll request that I plug the television 📺 and test before collecting it from the courier company else, I ask for refunds from the courier.
