It is not a lie. It has been happening a long time ago in Lagos. They sell these eggs to fertility clinics where they are frozen for external fertilization.
As at the time I knew before leaving 3years ago, the deal was about 70k naira then

Jesus christ...I'm not vast in Biology and science, but I know eggs are suppose to mix with Male semen to mature and form babies...is this eggs, just like men semen also may never finish unless there's medical issues

The ladies get well paid to donate eggs. They are not forced to do it. They make up their minds, sign legal papers, get tested and others follow. No one coerces them. It is not in anyway similar to the negative aspects of human organ harvesting. The process is legitimately carried out by professionals in the field and it is designed to help infertile couples have their own children. As young men, you can also donate your seed and get paid legitimately.

The stupid ladies, rather than take what they are paid to establish good businesses, turn to purchase irrelevancies.
