What is happening in sports is a reflection.of the current economic crisis Nigeria is facing due to bad leadership . You cannot give what you don't have . After watching how a world record holder couldn't make it ...I was not shocked cos her mind most have been divided while riding that race ...May be one if her aunt complained about the economic situation to her and she was distracted.

We need to do more by the President taking sports seriously by first appointing a sports oriented person as a sports minister not just any political appointment no.. be serious about it, there is a lot of money that can come from sports but na lie they fail to know this.

My name is kelly, I gave birth to my boy Ayomide 2 years ago and since then it has been a rollercoaster of one event to another. I notice that he always feels discomfort when his trying to breath so I looked for money to take my son to the hospital. I can't stand to see my child in pain.

We have sold off almost everything valuable to us but it's not yet enough, that why I am appealing to well meaning Nigerians, if you're touched to save my son's life, please find it in your kind heart to extend a hand of help to him. Nothing is too small in the sight of God. Am calling kind hearted people, please help save my boys life. Please am also calling upon any NGO that can accept my sons condition please. Those who have spiritual insight already knew what would happen during his tenure, and unfortunately, it's the opposite of the Midas touch - even with the best intentions, the outcome will be negative. Nigerians would just need to be patient and endure the next 2-3 years left. Even his fall during the democracy day was very symbolic, and not in a good way.
