Find out about Agbekoya Protests, Kayode Adams of University of Lagos Protest or University of Ibadan Protests against their own before you open your mouth.

ivandragon:
Sentiments aside, Yorubas have protested against any head of state or president that is not of the Yoruba stock. The exception might have been OBJ, but then, it was more of a labour-FG face off. Besides, the preferred choice of the SW was Chief Falae.

'They' have been at the forefront of some of the most intensive protests against perceived bad governance which is why it is a bit baffling that some Yorubas chose to play politics with criticism of BAT.

This attitude has seriously called into question past agitations and is shedding a new light on protests in Nigeria.

What are you even saying?

What was the Agbekoya Revolt about & who was it against? Was it not Pa Awo's release that helped settle it?

Better shut your mouth if you don't know what to say.

Goodness. When was Awolowo released and when was Agbekoya Protest against Awo Government as the Premier?

They don't teach history in school anymore. Do you realize that Kayode Adams went to jail and ran mental after stabbing Biobaku that replaced Dike

All Yoruba fighting Igbo cause always called traitors and destroyed.

Ask Banjo who fought his mamaland for Ojukwu: Lagos Is Within Reach!

Yoruba leaders have always been trailblazers, contributing immensely to Nigeria's wealth. It's disheartening to see misplaced anger. We need unity and dialogue to foster understanding, not division. Let's focus on collaboration for a better future.
See who is talking. Na una dey use una hand create the hate with the way u people attack Igbos in any slittest thing. Your post only here on NL is full of divisive and hates.

trutharena:
Yoruba leaders have consistently shown resilience and commitment to progress, yet it seems some choose to focus on the negatives. It's crucial to recognize the strides made in education and infrastructure, rather than dwell on grievances. Instead of anger, let's channel our energies into constructive dialogue and solutions.
Why do you like using all your 5 moniker to comment every time?

Tinubu is a disaster, Beware!
Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has countered claims by President Tinubu that the federal government granted N570 billion to the 36 states of the federation, stating that the information is not completely accurate.

You are just ranting for ranting sake.

If you had read my initial post without a jaundiced lens, you would see you are just rambling.

What is now the making you 'talk' when I said most protests in the quest of perceived wrong were carried out against non-Yoruba head of state? Was Dike a head of state? Was Prof. Biobaku head of state?

I don't know what they teach you people in schools these days when 1 or 2 incidents out of like 10 becomes 'majority'.
