I would have love people to say end inec rigging in their protest, instead of end bad governance, because bad governance came as a result of bad elections, that is why someone can tell those he invited that he used his money to win the election, not that people voted for him. So Amadi is right that it is inec and judiciary that gets that bribe money. That is the reason why bad policies that bring hardship to electorate was not reversed, he even went to Dubai to boost that he will make such anti peoples' policies at another time, because they want to accumulate more money for future bribe to win elections. |
| Re: judiciary destroyed 2023 election in Nigeria – Sam Amadi by Kukutente23: 2:39pm On Aug 09, 2024 |
On principle, I agree with Amadi I raised same issue with the judgement whereby the PEPT ruled that INEC guidelines, which are mentioned in the constitution and electoral act as part of electoral laws are mere administrative guides which are not binding on the commission. The SC even went further to say INEC is at liberty to change its administrative guidelines at any time it feels like and can even jettison it totally. That for me was total bunkum. It's like saying Jamb is at liberty to change its guidelines for exam including the centre on the eve of the exams. What makes that of INEC more stringent is the stakes involved. The SC nay judiciary under Ariwoola has been a sham |

Kukutente23:Sum it together and add everything to obis votes, did not change a thing. Your obi knows there’s no way he could prove he won the election and he never claimed that in court, the only thing he was fighting for was Tinubu’s eligibility |

Your English /use of grammar alone indicates clearly that you grossly lack capacity to comprehend this intellectual discourse. Dr Amadi is a legal authority. He has even challenged the best and highest in the profession globally, to prove him wrong. Who are you? And how much education do you have first before we accept that his reasoning is FOOLISH and inferior to yours? OAFMods: |

Omoawoke:That's just an example. You are running to the sum total because of the latitude it gives you. If you say 2023 elections was the best ever in Nigeria because of the margins while there are clear errors in the computation, how does your margin stand. Elections are sum total. In whole or in parts, they need to reflect the people's will. If two states can be so blatantly rigged and INEC has not been sober enough to explain the discrepancy but only jettison Irev, what's not to say the case holds for others? |

Kukutente23:claiming those two states were blatantly rigged is just a claim from you and not a fact. Then we asked you to claim the entire votes and score Apc zero in the affected region and see if anything changes, of course nothing changed. Losers will always have an excuse and blame one thing or the other, obi did not win the election by both numbers and by 2/3 of the 36 states. Let it rest, he lost and he won’t be the first to lose. No amount of sentiments can change it |

| Re: judiciary destroyed 2023 election in Nigeria – Sam Amadi by Kukutente23: 2:56pm On Aug 09, 2024 |
Omoawoke:It's not a claim it's a fact. Even APC did not dispute the numbers for those two states in the court. They simply held on to the straw that IREV is not a collation centre. Again, for you to say the elections are the best ever, at least they should be declared of controversy at such a level. The fact remains that the election results on INEC's on electronic system differs significantly from the one announced on the floor of the collation centre. That alone pours sand sand into INEC's garri. What saves the day is the judiciary denouncing IREV |

| Re: judiciary destroyed 2023 election in Nigeria – Sam Amadi by Omoawoke(m): 3:01pm On Aug 09, 2024 |
Kukutente23:When you use the word differs significantly! You are not specific and deliberately omitting fact just to sound correct. We aren’t dumb people here, and of course, enough smart people are in Nigeria. Give us the number it differs, add them up and come up with a value of how obi won the election. It is very simple. But it’s been over a year now, with all the smart people in Obi’s camp and Atiku’s camp combined together, no one has been able to tell us how Tinubu did not win majority of the votes, the only thing they held on to was the eligibility of his candidacy. Hear it loud and clear; I repeat that the only thing they held on to was the eligibility of his candidacy! |
| Re: judiciary destroyed 2023 election in Nigeria – Sam Amadi by Emekaonline: 3:01pm On Aug 09, 2024 |
These people continue to lament what was clearly lost. How does any reasonable being think that Peter Obi won that elections. Are all Nigerians Igbos just because he got over 95% of votes from the South East? That is why Obi will lose more in 2027 because many Yorubas that voted for him in 2023 will not dare to do so in 2027. No state in the North will allow voting for a man that will take them from power for more than 8 years. Obi is a goner |

| Re: judiciary destroyed 2023 election in Nigeria – Sam Amadi by Kukutente23: 3:08pm On Aug 09, 2024 |
Omoawoke:Have I said who won and who didn't? The fact I raised is that the elections were not credible due to INEC's inefficiency and ineptitude. For you to have two clear states with conflicting figures For you to have a situation were other elections held on same day could be uploaded but that of Presidential couldn't be uploaded for 3 days For you to have a situation where INEC had to jettison its own avowed plans, it calls into question the credibility of the election process anywhere. And it is blatantly incorrect to claim they only held on to the eligibility of his candidacy They raised the issue of results discrepancy on IREV They raised the issue of 25% votes in Abuja FCT They raised the issue of his candidacy Don't be selective |

Is there any reason why Igbos did not lament the rigging that took place under OBJ despite that the election conducted by their man Iwu was the most fraudulent election in Nigeria history but they complain now more even when it is clear that Obi lost the election? |
| Re: judiciary destroyed 2023 election in Nigeria – Sam Amadi by AguluLiar: 3:12pm On Aug 09, 2024 |
nony43:Obi couldn't have won the election. Most of his blodas that were supposed to vote him were languishing in the prisons both within and outside Nigeria. |
| Re: judiciary destroyed 2023 election in Nigeria – Sam Amadi by Omoawoke(m): 3:14pm On Aug 09, 2024 |
Kukutente23:I said it is the most credible election in the history of Nigeria and I stand by it. This election was far better than 2019 and 2015 election results where KKK states throw out crazy figures. This is by far the most realistic election so far Were you born when obasanjo was doing election? Election results declared when people were still voting, or election results more than the total population in a local government? Election result where total voters in a polling unit was supposed to be 100 for example, then pdp gets 150 votes and others get 0 Yet you people have mouth to criticize this election result as the worst? That is the height of hypocrisy and self deceit. The height of being a sore and terrible loser. |
