I said it is the most credible election in the history of Nigeria and I stand by it. This election was far better than 2019 and 2015 election results where KKK states throw out crazy figures. This is by far the most realistic election so far

Were you born when obasanjo was doing election?
Election results declared when people were still voting, or election results more than the total population in a local government?
Election result where total voters in a polling unit was supposed to be 100 for example, then pdp gets 150 votes and others get 0

Yet you people have mouth to criticize this election result as the worst? That is the height of hypocrisy and self deceit. The height of being a sore and terrible loser.
You keep using words no one has used. Be calm. I believe you are neither Tinubu nor directly affiliated to him
If you say an election in which polling unit results exceed total voters is wrong and rightly so, how much more in which a whole state with thousands of polling units has conflicting results from same INEC and judiciary has to choose which one to go with?
The KKK results still show almost same numbers as with 2015 and 2019. The difference is the marginal spread this time around.
Again, throughout Nigerian history, i think it is only 1983 that had figures from states disputed. The 2023 was the next one.
It is one thing to claim rigging. It is another to have results showing large discrepancies. There can be no credibility for such in any scientific analysis

BTW, what do you think of 1993 elections?

Do you know how desperate Atiku needed the presidential seat?
Do you think Atiku and his entire team hasn’t done sleepless nights of calculations and permutations far more than you can ever conduct?

Do you know how many easterners have teamed together to analyze the entire result and find ways to prove that obi won. Do you know how obidients did everything to do their calculations and permutations.

If with all these, they haven’t been able to come up with the perfect story of how Tinubu did not win but rather, the best all of them could come up with is that Tinubu wasn’t eligible (that’s the best argument they had)

Know one thing, whatever assumptions you are holding right now, obi and atiku has gone far beyond that and spent hundreds of millions to even hire smarter people whose only job is to do this calculation.
They even spent millions going to Chicago to dispute Tinubu’s credentials
So it’s time you give up that narrative and accept Obi did not win. He no kill person, na election he lose.

"In Nigeria as well, election is one of the strategies. And the strategy in Nigeria is very simple: bribe INEC, bribe the judiciary, and come and dear the security and you are done. The people that destroyed 2023 election is INEC and judiciary. ..."

The above statement attributed to Sam Amadi is a very serious indictment on INEC, the judiciary, and the security agencies. A reckless statement like this is capable of raising tensions in the country, especially between different ethnic groups. What's even the problem with these criminals from the land of primitive forest-dwelling ancestors! Sore losers from the tiny erosion-ravaged land of cannibals!

@OfficialDSSNG - You would do well to invite this man for questioning. He must be asked to substantiate his claims.

Are we still on Obi won or not?
Tinubu wanted the elections as desperately as Obi or Atiku. You cannot use your bias to determine who was more desperate
You have not been able to prove that the results from IREV were not from the polling units
What you have done now is to throw up conjectures that you cannot substatiate claiming wildly and offpoint that Atiku and Obi have hired analysts and they have not yet to prove that Tinubu did not win
You have also changed tact by summarily allocating to yourself the ability to determine their best argument. At least that is an improvement from your earlier claim that eligibility was the only argument they had
Again, the fact remains that by virtue of the inconsistency between the IREV results and the declared results, the elections cannot be said to be credible, never bother about being the most credible in our history as you still have that of 1993 to deal with
Re: judiciary destroyed 2023 election in Nigeria – Sam Amadi by EXPRESSSMAN(m): 3:59pm On Aug 09, 2024
If all INEC could offer Nigerians is 3 days after an election, someone will bring a piece of paper as the result from his State, then INEC announced it without cross checking it with any other sources then we are all fools in this country.

I also blame political parties and individuals who participate in an election under this kind of arrangement.
They are all fools.

INEC should specify how they wish to conduct the election. If people are satisfied, then they will participate.

In 2023, INEC gave directions on how they would conduct the election. Many people were impressed and participated. At the end INEC did a different thing and tell us to go to court.
The court supported them.

In the next election , Nigerians will not accept such rubbish from any institution be it court or INEC.
Tell us what you want to do and follow it to the letters.
Re: judiciary destroyed 2023 election in Nigeria – Sam Amadi by IfnobeGod20(m): 4:10pm On Aug 09, 2024
It was a shameful thing that judiciary turned the law upside down. They go outside the law to make judgements and we have been celebrating error filled judgements for so long but when such error filled judgements come hurting us, we will be the same people complaining and not only complain but affected by it.
They started this madness in the Naira design judgement, supreme court turned themselves to monetary policy maker by telling us when the Naira notes will be mopped.
They repeated same on the local government autonomy judgement. Ask them which section of the law do they rely on, they cannot quote. Even the supreme court cannot quote. They turned the law upside down and go outside the constitution of the land. As laudable as the judgement was, it doesn't reflect the letter of the constitution and that is bad in a constitutional country.
It will take a decade before we will recover from those judgements.

If he is Igbo then I can understand why he reason so foolishly.

Judiciary did not destroy Buhari Yardua election even when Yardua declared as winner confirmed n attest to the fact that the election that brought him in was massively n mercilessly rigged.

Judiciary also did destroy Obasanjo 2nd term election which any living soul on the face of the Earth can't come out n defend that it was not just rigged but massively fraudulently n outrageously rigged compare to the 2024 presidential election.

Those 2 elections I stated any lunatic in the PDP write number n declared themselves winner. No foolish Amadi or Amaka came out to wail because it suited their delsuion n foolishness but alas when others win not aligning with their dillussion wailing of lunatic proportion rent the air with all sort of lunatic now exhibiting freedom to express all sort of madness.

Where did Obasanjo and Yardua got 24 Million vote from ? Did they import voters from hell or what suddenly happen to reduce the voting population of Nigeria ?!
Voters turnout in the last election was far more than in previous elections because millions of Igbos that have not been voting over the decades all came out to vote and inflated results, yet the total votes of all the three top candidates combined is still less than what PDP candidates alone got in previous elections.

Idiots think that everyone is an idiot like them. They will cry again in next election when Emilokan JAGABAN humiliates them again

Lawyer that does not know the difference between technicalities and outright wrong. Nigeria has always been a nation of medicine after death, so many lawyers and genuises but none of them noticed the ambuigity in INEC's operations guide and the Electoral Act until it was too late.

How?

(1) There was election and responsible parties had polling units agents nationwide to send the results declared at party collation centers. These results were to serve to cross-check what INEC declares as state's results. One party refused to mobilize polling unit agents.

(2) They started their own collation on Twitter while responsible parties had collation centers. They even refused to complete their twitter collation.

(3) When they lost, they started blaming non-transmission of results to IREV as if the law made IREV a collation center.

(4) They spent time at the tribunal and the only thing they needed to prove were the figures to show they had superior numbers to back up their fictitious claims of election victory. They instead focused on non-existent double nomination of the winning candidate's running mate, unprovable US drug case and non-transmission of results to IREV.

(5) They started blaming INEC for not giving them materials to use against INEC. Their non-existent polling unit agents had no results.

(6) Among their inglorious demands to seek disqualification of the winning candidate, which was the claim to double nomination of the running mate of the person who defeated them, the matter was thrown out by the Supreme Court three days to inauguration. They still brought it to elections petitions, hoping the Supreme Court would reverse the ruling.

(7) When one of the candidates who had the results from polling unit agents knew he lost, he went to Chicago to pursue a lie that the person who defeated him did not graduate from Chicago State University.

(8.) When the other candidate who had no case saw his pain reaching a crescendo, his extremist followers started threatening judges. They threatened the Chairman of the PEPT and even published the address of his daughter's business to blackmail the judge to rule in their favour. When that failed, they threatened the CJN Olukayode Ariwoola and JSC Kudirat Kekere-Ekun. We never saw judges publicly threatened by a mob.

This same Sam Amadi published an old picture of the CJN claiming the CJN was in London to see Tinubu to collect a bribe. When it emerged that Sam Amadi lied, he never apologized. A video of the CJN was released as he headed to the mosque.

Those who lost tried to scam Nigeria and Nigerians with lies and claims of victory. Their entire case was based on emotions and delusions. The judiciary dealt with facts and figures which the claimants lacked.

They blame the judiciary for not supporting their scam. They have blamed everyone and everything but failed to accept where they dropped the ball. They even claimed winning Lagos and Abuja were enough to win the entire presidential election, even when they lost in 24 states.

Due to my annoyance at the continuous propagation of the lie that INEC was bribed, I posited as follows elsewhere;
I believe you have said it all. Immediately I saw all the petitions that Obi and Atiku brought out, I knew for a fact that they lost the numbers game. Even if we excuse LP that they probably didn't have agents everywhere, PDP should be able to boast of agents at all polling units. Which made me quickly conclude that for PDP to go the route of disqualification rather than result challenge, they did indeed lose the numbers.

Election was lost when PDP split up. A united PDP would have won the election given the apathy people felt for the Buhari regime.

This is the sad truth they refuse to accept. This is what might cost them again in 2027.

CPC, ACN, ANPP and newPDP had to come together to wrestle PDP in 2015. PDP split into Atiku's faction, Wike's faction (G5), Obi's faction and Kwankwaso's faction. Divided, PDP had no chance. They knew it.
