The exchange rate is very high and stability has not been achieved, which shows that the policy is not working. The refinery is also the biggest project Dangote has ever undertaken and he borrowed heavily to complete it .The man is also facing sabotage from fuel importers.Even government officials in the oil sector who should be doing everything possible to ensure that the refinery achieves full steady state production seem to be part of the conspiracy to frustrate the project.Dangote is under a lot of pressure .
