But I still prefer a 12v system to this, I can't seem to figure out how to charge it quickly.

I tried using a 29.7v 6A lead acid charger to recharge it but it charges very slow.
It took more than 30 minutes to charge from 25.8 to 26v.

Lol, you are using a 6a charger to recharge a 100ah battery and you expect it to be fast, it will take around 18hrs to recharge from empty to full

The charger is rated 12v (10a)/24(6a)
Output voltage is 29.7 without load, but with load, the voltage drops to the battery's voltage.

The battery voltage at full charge is 29.4v, your battery charger will charge it fully, but it is better to get a charger designed to recharge lithium batteries

automatic changeover once utility becomes available (made with 10A relay switch)
100A JBD Bluetooth bms

24v 100ah 2560kwh version with inbuilt 24v 2000w pure sine wave inverter and charger coming soon..

I have a stash of 18650 cells for sale, some Samsung cells I bought from tetralogy(some never used and some I tried with a project and discontinued) over 150 units and many cells I harvested from laptop batteries (quite a lot, over 200 or so).

I am also selling the spot welder I bought from AE, never used it at all.

Was intending to build cells for my ebike but I changed direction.

I'll share pics
