I found it hard to believe him at first,because someone of your calibre and reputation won't want to mess him self up because of 15k.
But from the chats shown to him,it seems you are purposely using tricks and tactics into forcing him to buy a phone from you by force,
If you simply don't have what you advertised to him,
Kindly do well to refund him in full.
Is it a crime he trusted you for payment before delivery?
I won't want a situation where by you are been called out and your reputation you have built over the years becomes soiled,

My advice don't take any phone from him,

He has defaulted by not delivering what you paid for,

He would only rip you off by offering you another device.
