Very nice of you Tyla. She's not really a victim and I sense that she's aware of the truth and may have been getting away with lies until now! She could have competed as a naturalized South African of Mozambique origin since she's probably aware of the truth that her mother is from Mozambique just like her marriage status that's another serious controversy! Miss (abi Mrs) Adetsina is not a Nigerian!

Her so-called 'Nigerian' identity MUST be established. There's no Adetsina as a word in Igbo yet it is reported that her father is Igbo! And the Yoruba do not have such name as Adetsina. The closest Yoruba name to it is Adeshina so I , like many other Nigerians and true Omoluabi Yoruba, are even doubtful of the Nigerian identity the bitter South Africans want to impose on her in derision of the Igbo (they always blame Igbo for all the crimes, especially drug trafficking-related crimes in their country) and by extension Nigeria. There's no way her father is Igbo as claimed on her Wikipedia page and her surname will be Adetsina or Adeshina, a Yoruba name! This lady is not Nigerian until it's proven.

The Nigerian Miss Universe should act responsibly to first get to the bottom of her identity first before they embarrass Nigeria like she embarrassed the South Africans! For now, she's not even qualified to contest . I urge other contestants of the Miss Universe Nigeria to challenge it in a Nigerian court to stop the organizers from sweeping sentiments in her favor to their own detriment as bona-fide Nigerians.

She's South Africa's liability and asset, it should remain so and if she desires to be a Nigerian, it's not automatic and it will not be because South Africans bullied us as if their trash is now our own treasure. She's no trash neither is she a Nigerian treasure! Won fe gbe ọmọ Ọba fun Oṣun. Laiyelaiye!! Ko jo! It's back to sender ×100000000!
