Who’s afraid of Asue Ighodalo being on the ballot? Who loses if and when He’s elected governor? Edo should not allow evil political sentiment to becloud them |

Oshiomhole acknowledged this and clearly said there was another appeal court judgment that nullified Asue. |

atiku4President:'Tortoise' think it's the days of takes by moonlight where they usurped greats like the elephants and lions...... the relevance of past leaders is that they should be reference points...but without constraints or force..... For once let's live and let others live...... |

atiku4President:Nigerians shouldn't be surprised that Adams Oshiomhole is telling lies on national TV. The hallmark of the APC and its agents is their penchant for distorting facts, telling lies, spreading falsehoods, and propaganda. It is in their DNA. |

atiku4President:Oshiomhole referred to the case filled by the delegates that were not allowed to vote. Post the CTC of that. |

senatordave1:Comrade Philip should just move on, ṣebi he is in APC now, even if they restore him, elections are less than a month. He and his new BFF Emperor Tenebe, who accused him of stealing his watch and using police to harass him less than a year or so ago, are gallivanting all over trying to bat for Monday Okpebholo. All this court case nonsense needs to stop, lahọr wo wo Comrade, ó ní sẹ, allowed us rest and focus on the job at hand. |

Itsrm:Oshiomhole was wrong, that Judgement didn't nullify Asuen or this one. That judgement was an interlocutory appeal and didn't negate this one even though it went against Asuen and I understand he is heading to the Supreme Court on it but it doesn't invalidate this judgement. mfm04622:That is not the case Oshiomhole was talking about, because the Appeal Court has not ruled on it. In the case of the delegates, the judgement did not invalidate the Primary or Asuen, that's why his name is on the INEC list however, there are parts of that judgement that needs some appealing, Asuen surprisingly did not appeal but PDP is appealing that. |

aswani:Shuaibu is restored as deputy gov,so how will he move on? The plan is to continually frustrate, deny pdp more govt powers...all these court cases are meant to distract and damage pdp morale.it is all part of the game |

senatordave1:He is fighting for his entitlements, good on him. However the case is in court so he is not reinstated until it gets to the Supreme Court. All this is an absolute distraction, Comrade Philip should ficuson the business at hand. |

aswani:Not true sir. Once a court gives a ruling,it stands until set aside or until a stay of execution is given.in the eyes of the law, shuaibu remains deputy except a higher court overturns it...this case might never get to the supreme Court as it looks like the powers that be are at work. Distraction is part of politics.in politics, you use all legal tactics to deal with your enemies |
