This guy is mad

He hides in New Jersey but is asking Nigerian youth to confront Police. He kept his wife and children in a safe haven but pull Nigerians who have no where to run to into anarchy. His own son, 14 yrs is in a football academy, building his future but wants Nigerians to be on the street catching bullets and teargas cannisters. The end result of the protest he called is nothing peaceful.... He and his runaway wife should come and lead whatever protest from the forefront
He must earn his pay, he must satisfy his foreign sponsors.

We should stop playing to the gallery and streamline the demands to;

1. Reintroduce fuel subsidy until at least two refineries start working at full capacity and we can buy fuel for #200.

2. Increase the minimum wage to #100,000.

3. Improve security across all farming communities especially in Northern Nigeria so that farmers can go back to farms.
There’s no country in the world that sells petrol at the equivalent of N200 per litre.

Get real.

..if refineries are working..the owned government refineries, Dangote refinery and other modular private refineries in Nigeria..which it will bring competition among themselves ..fuel disel and other petroleum products will reduce and come down.. fuel can be up to 200 naira a litre..this is the importance of refinery
As long as the exchange rate is $/1590, fuel will never be #200 per litre

Chaai you wanna keep using dialogue where you truly know this can't work. I see why you can't be a leader in your community. Keep hiding under sycophancy, suffering knows no one.
sreamsense:
Sowore is hiding under protest to show his last presidential election failure and frustration using ignorant ones ready to die like fowls for his intrinsic and hidden political agenda. He could not even pronounce "5-minutes standing ovation for those that died like fowls for nothing. He hides his family and children abroad asking ignorant ones to protest and risk their lifes. How many solutions had the previous protest solved than increasing more hardship and promote death?

Every organizer including Sowore must make sure his 10 family members including himself, his wife, all his children and extended family members must be flown to Nigeria to lead the protest for us. There is enough time to process their traveling documents, Tinubu has computerized the process. No room for excuse! Those people that their family members died in the just concluded protest are in mourning mood as he fixes another protest date, and those arrested are abandoned to rotten behind police cells without any standing ovation for them. They are now on their own, if you allow Sowore to shorten your life-span through senseless protest, blame your senseless brain.

Try to see their 10 family members each protesting before you joy, otherwise; if you join, and you die willingly or by accidental discharge, I owe you no "RIP" because you purposely made your choice to commit self-suicide. Be warned and be wise! Dialogue has no expiring date, let's keep using it till we are heard!

Protest cant solve the problems in Nigeria. If you like, protest for 1 year, petrol price won't fall to #180 per litre

How can the exchange rate be $/1590 and you expect petrol to be #180 per litre. Naira needs to start strengtning before price will fall
So pls tell me the language the masses can use to get the government
Re: Protests Will Resume On October 1 - Omoyele Sowore by imagrg(m): 12:49pm On Aug 11, 2024
Protests wouldn't solve our economic challenges; it can only worsen it.

What Buhari destroyed in eight years cannot be repaired in less than two years.

Protests can only heighten the sufferings of the common Nigerians. The last protest brought about the rise in the cost of commodities nation-wide. POS Operators even increased withdrawal fee to 400 Naira per 10k.

You wrote a full essay like someone contesting for 2024 Cowbell Essay competition
but nowhere in your long epistle of shamelessness, did you make even a short paragraph to chide the Government for being opposed to peaceful protests and always sending thugs and police to be unfriendly to protesters.
Not even one simple sentence in your long essay to condemn it.

So easy to identify willing slaves in a forum like this.

Someone like you, if you were around in the era of slave trade, you would have begged the slave masters from Europe to carry you and your family.
By begging oohh.
It’s the police constitutional responsibility to oversee protests all over the world , and when protests go awry, they will disperse the crowd.

Regarding Governmemt sending “thugs”, is that an assumption or fact? If it’s a fact, could you please show evidence?

It is Mr. Asiwaju Tinubu's incompetence that sponsored the protest.

You are not serious.

It might take someone like you several lifetimes to gain anything from your visitations to this world.

I'll even want to ask Sowore, what did this protest achieve? Because if this protest didn't achieve anything, then I see no reason why any others protest will also achieve anything. It's that simple.
It may not look like it acheived anything on the surface, but it actually has made a huge point - and believe you me, because of this protest the government will shudder and shiver before it thinks of introducing any new policies which will increase taxes, prices or the general cost of living in anyway. You will not hear that easily in the next two years believe me. Without the protest, you will have got a steady stream of such new hardship inducing polices over the next two years.
