I ordered for Visa ATM card from kuda mobile app for the past two months I haven't gotten it, despite being charged #2,500 instead of the usually #1,000 that other banking systems charges.
I also requested for an account upgrade and for three months! now, they are saying address verification pending despite providing all my details;NIN, BVN & utility bill. Something that took Opay and palmpay less than 3 days to verify. I have also reach out to customer support services on different platforms all to no avail.
Avoid kuda MFB for your own good.

Maybe na sambisa you dey stay, the card go hard to reach that side

Useless bank, after upgrading my account twice , they downgraded me twice, saying the have to verify my address physically which they have not down over 3months, their customer care complains is zero

They are probably observing due diligence and verification. You know how fraudulent Nigerians have become.
I suppose you have some pending verification with them or you have not given them all the information they required.
It's difficult to commit fraud with a kuda account unlike opay and palmpay and the rest

For over 3months. Say something else. Wen all customers don leave them.

I live at Gana street, maitama, FCT. The charge is not my problem. I only want what I paid for(My visa ATM card). Finally I have reached out to them many times without number; on Twitter, Facebook, customer call line, customer support service all to no avail.

ibhave been using them for long without issues. There Customer care have been very active too.

same with me o. I haven't ever had a complaint unresolved. Just that Kuda can actually be annoying sometimes sha.
