↪were you not in Nigeria? Sowore has nothing to offer and he knew it, I don't know whether he is even the one hiding under kobojunkie moniker on nairaland grin
The ones who gave you your presidential steez ended up colossal failures. What does that in essence tell you about this thing you consider presidential steez? undecided

I don't know Sowore from a can of paint other than he runs Sahara Reporters and has been a vocal opponent of the corrupt establishment. He has at least accomplished that much in the way of a resume for himself. That is more than I can say of the rank of politicians that have been in office many of whom have never manufactured or created a single thing aside from leeching from the Nigerian government in one way or the other. Also, he has not occupied a political office in at least the last 25 years of Nigeria's democracy, more than the years before then, so to me, he has yet to sully himself with the system of corruption that is Nigeria. undecided

Now, if you ask me if I would rather recycle a proven failure corrupt bag of failure Nigeria has had in the last 25 years, my answer is an absolute no! If you asked me whether I would be willing to take a chance on a complete novice who has not been tainted by all of Nigerian politics— never occupied any position in government —, my answer with yes. Now, if you asked me if I would be even more willing to take my chances on someone who is not only untainted by all of the mess that is Nigerian politics in the last 25 years but also understands what needs to be done at this point given the clear condition of things in the country and is willing to sign up as a declared servant of the people — taking on only those tasks that are to be benefit of the people of Nigeria(the ordinary Nigerian rather than the politicians and others goons), my answer would be absolutely Yes. Now, who are those Nigerians who fit that bill and where can we find them? undecided

The most easy tasks to execute is the tasks of being a political opposition, it's always more easy to be a critic than a player, you can ask the likes of former president buhari, oshomale, Lai Mohammed etc, it's an established fact that Sowore lacks the minimal decorum required of a presidential personality. He is the categories of established noises Makers and political stunts creator like Dino melaye, former governor Wike and Ayodele Fayose.

1. Yes, it is "easy" but obviously not as easy since none of those you mentioned did it with so much fervor as this Sowore guy can be reported to have done it for well over a decade now. So, yeah! undecided

2. Earlier you mentioned what you call Presidential Steeze, and the same you pointed out how exceedingly meaningless that turned out. So, please tell us the worth of this minimal decorum you loud on now? undecided

3. Dino Melaye and Wike are examples of career politicians; they both jumped into political seats right out of college without any actual experience outside of the political circle. There is more than enough evidence to show that such people are generally useless to Nigerians and their needs as governance is concerned. undecided

As for Sowore, I cannot fault him since he has not been a part of the tried, tested, and proven worthless group of politicians who have either been elected or been a part of the Nigerian political circle for the last 25 years, at least! You may not like it but I cannot condemn him for being a Journalist and good at what he does. undecided

Sowore is better than Obi, Tinubu and Atiku currently. Man has consistently fought for revolution times without number.

But people rather drink their tribal poison.

And before you come to tell me how Obi is better, know that he hid public funds in his personal accounts. There's no explanation for this.

And for Tinubu's supporters? Hold it! I'm indigenous to Lagos. I know the corruption Tinubu promotes there.

For Atiku? His oga called him a thief! Imagine when a thief could call another a thief...you know what that means.

Sowore is young... Una still refuse am.

He has no criminal record like those you choose....una still refuse am.

The problem of the country is YOU.
But he is a western puppet
His SR is funded by CIA affiliated organizations He will promote bretton woods policies which will make him no different from those he seeks to replace

You need to see some of his videos online, he is always temperamental and cut a perfect example of Aluta Union leader rather than a decent politician aspiring to rule a cultural diverse country like Nigeria.

You seem to think there is a perfect personality type or air that qualifies one for elected office or political position. If yes, why is that? undecided

yes , the personality of a NURTW leader is different from that of the NBA leader both are elective offices . I hope you get the gist now. There are ways and manners you need to conduct yourself in public before you could
be ascribe with the people's vote of confidence to lead them.

So, in your mind, someone like Wike, Dino Melaye, Jonathan Goodluck, Tinubu, Ribadu, Akpabio, Obi, Rochas, Uzodinma, Fashola, Seyi Makindae, etc., all have something in common which is this perfect personality to conduct themselves in public? I think you are being very dishonest and you probably don't even understand why you are doing it yourself. You maybe don't even want to face the fact that you are right now just bullsheeting! 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Read my post again but this time slowly and take your time to comprehend it before rushing to respond, The way Sowore conduct himself in public speak volumes of his personality, he is not ripe for or not a good candidate for the presidential seat, why did you think he keep "jalule" (as president Tinubu would say) it's because there is something wrong with what he is doing, he contested and got less than 15k votes nationwide , the number of votes that is not even enough to secure him a chairmanship post of his local government , so who is now being dishonest here if not you ? , If you really care for him ,you will advise him to start working on himself perhaps that may improve the way his personality is being perceived by the public.

You think being a president has something to do with this ripeness even after all you have seen since at least the last 45 years so years of both military and democratic rule. That is the problem here which you continue to fail to realize. undecided

What do you expect from such system of choosing leadership or leaders that emanate from such system?

Nigerians recycled at least 2 presidents from back during the military rule so the problem goes as far back as that period, maybe even beyond. Much of the moribund structures today you speak of were built during the Gowon period. undecided

↪ Well, I am not expecting anything from the system here, but merely asking you to explain why you in particular fixate on the things that should not matter anymore, particularly after what you have seen of the crop of leaders you have chosen in the last 25 years. undecided

The article you posted was an accusation made against him. I tried to follow up on it but did not find anything else on the issue. $1 million is a lot of money so I doubt if the accusation was in fact of substance the news would have gone silent just like that. So, I am asking you why it did. Do you have any other information on the issue apart from this mere accusation made by the party members? Do you have some other post since then to serve as proof that the money was stolen or he was at least taken to court for it by the party members? undecided
