Is it the same hope bank that buhari force us to register to represent the poor? I don't know the account number first, talkless of doing of doing transfer. use it once to get 10k and that is all, we did not see shishi after the 10k, and they promise to be giving us deaf people 5k every month

Some of my friends has same problem since, the officials said they should wait till next payment to withdraw it once. only that another payment did not come

i did open the acct myself an have been using it for lik 9month than someone send me some i use 10k out of it 2days later i can't send money out again
