None of what you listed here are hard facts. They are talking points and narratives that are only commonly used in political fights.
That is why many objective people can take opposing view to them.
Trump has many faults and flaws, but many times, people that attack him on these grounds and similar others are probably not better or even worse than him in the manner they lie, exaggerate and twist known facts to justify their hate for him.
