yommyflo:Egbon! This about the third time you are advertising for this same role, doesn't that speaks volume to what I have highlighted. It's either you scale up or you will continue to run in circles and be telling me to be a business owner first. I own and run my own business and I don't pay any of my staff what you offering. Here's a suggestion I would advise you either be the manager than get someone to manage the business for you, that way you save yourself 70k that you would be paying someone or better yet get an OND graduate and you monitor the person closely. |
