So there are plenty illicit refinery.... Why not Make just 5 legitimate refinery or license these illicit ones and monitor their operations while they pay fines for their past crimes... After all politicians enjoy plea bargain.... Drop little from Their loot and you set them Free |

Imagine we have 63 Working refineries! Legal or Illegal. Now just one of Nigerias' cannot refine even as low as I drop of crude in over 25 years!! Them suppose pour fuel for those people wey come burst those illegal refineries body and set them ablaze while chanting GO BACK TO YOUR FG! This is really foolish and efficiency on the part of NNPC. Well who's the minister of petroleum again?
