Hi Guys; A family friend got employment offers from these two companies; 1) Pays are relatively close 2) Job role in NB is like a step lower than the other one. In terms of work-life balance, career advancement and other benefits, please if you have any advice to offer, kindly assist. He really wants to solidify his decision by thoughtful analysis. My focal point is based on underlying factors: 1. Economic factor: There is hunger in the land which makes the products coming out Flourmill is expressing in patronage. 2. Government Policy: Any government in power tries as much as possible revitalize and re-energized agricultural sector to make Nigeria food sufficient. Also government policy favours agricultural sector. 3. Religious factor: Both religious forbids drink of lager beer especially in the north that is in news that a particular state in the north seized a truck load of beer which implies loss to distributor by extension loss to Nigeria Brewery. 4.
