God really saved the nurse. The bereaved mother either didn't know that her baby was already dead or she knew but her desperation and her ignorance pushed her to unintentionally implicate the nurse.

You're not in tune with reality and you really don't know what's sup. Assuming the nurse fóolishly administered the injection without being observant, the mother that brought the dead baby would've immediately jump on her neck for Killing the baby and the nurse would've been in the police net. If at all she scale through, she would've been suspended for years first.

Not that she's happy about the baby's death, but she has been in this profession and has heard, seen what her colleagues with same cases has gone through. Some lost their job forever as your license will be seized. Even if you don't lost your job, the trauma alone will make you despise the work even if you're freed. So don't blame her.
