It reminds me of all the terrible things homeless people go through in America, and how people react to the behavior of homeless people they offer help. For example, some people may offer them food, and they ask for money instead. Those people get angry not knowing how many people have offered them food and put all kinds of horrible things in it.

We are all quick to blame the government whereas, an average Nigerian is a fraud and a fraudster.
