A dad caused a bit of a stir online after giving his 20-year-old daughter a purity ring in a rather unconventional way.

In the video on his now-private account, he hurriedly added that it wasn't going to be an actual marriage proposal but just a way to show his daughter that he was proud of her for keeping her "purity" intact.

Dear fathers,show your daughters love and they won't have the time to be running after low-lifes and riffraff all in the name of relationship

But then again,as I'm always fond of pleading with God to bless me with daughters, I'm also pleading with HIM not to punish me for my sins by giving me the type who would have the low mentality kinda reasoning of an average Nigerian girl 🙄. Cuz it won't be funny at all..

Is virginity the only factor that determines good behaviour? There are "virgin criminals" and "virgin murderers". The dad should be concerned about raising a good daughter and not a virgin daughter.
