70% + 70 + 80. Which formula should I use to add up. The final result should be the average.

The figures are odd.
No rows and columns to use as examples. It would be hard to explain it easily.
Remove that % from the picture.
Anyways, the formula is:

=AVG(A1:A3)

Click enter, and you would get the average.

Once again, your figures are supposed to be on rows and columns on excel for easy identification.

Simply input;

=AVG(70%+80+70)
