That mix tape was fabulous! It had Mad Cobra's Legacy blending into Buju Banton's Make My Day. It had Shaba's Ting-A-Ling-A-Ling (instrumental) blending into Trailer Load of Girls. It had Mariah Carey's Dream Lover, SWV's Right Here and Salt N Pepa's Shoop. It was absolutely fantastic.

Dear diary, over the past 12 years I have told you about how the record company created and released this song in order to cash out on the fame of their former artiste, I have told you about how this song caused massive controversy, leading to protests, demonstrations, boycotts, cancelations, etc

I have also told you about how this song destroyed the career of another artiste (because he defended it) and how, many years later, the original singer regretted that he made the song and ordered that no new copies of it should be released.

I told you that the song was blacklisted and unavailable on the Internet (in fact, back then, I posted the instrumental because the full version had been scrubbed off the internet).

Well, the full version is here now.

The reason for the controversy is because the song's chorus is about killing gays.

I'm not really into the lyrics but the riddim is incredible. In fact, the riddim is actually from the next song. The record company took the original of this song, removed the music and replaced it with this riddim.

I've posted the instrumental below the full version because you've got to listen to the congas. In fact, you must put on your headphones, turn up the bass and listen to the instrumental. It's incredible.

I know that I said that I would only post songs that are not on the playlist, but I couldn't help myself after seeing Mad Cobra. These are the first two songs on the playlist.

Now diary, remember that I told told you that Boom Bye Bye was about ķilling gays, right? Therefore it's very difficult to find the original song with the original riddim. It's been censored off many sites (I have the original on my phone and laptop).

However, what we have below is the instrumental. There's no toasting (you can't even hear Buju's voice), just the riddim.

Of course after Boom Bye Bye is one of the greatest ragga songs ever.
