The truth is the lawmakers are laughing at the ignorance of Nigerians on this Jumbo pay issue.If it's actually #21m per month the only the senators get,I can tell u at least 80% of our current senators won't bother returning back to the Senate.Except for labour party senators,no senator there in the Senate spent less than #800m to get to the Senate.

Most of the money senators make from the Senate,is from bribes and contract scams.Dont let anybody deceive you,No senator in today's Nigeria is ready to even kill because of #21m per month.I remember daisy danjuma in 2011 spent over #2bn in her failed bid to return to the Senate.

If it is making him poorer, he should resign honourably. One of the biggest problems in Nigeria is the media. The media do not hold our politicians accountable enough! The media hardly educate the Nigerian people about our rights and powers as enshrined in the constitution. To change Nigeria, the people must be enlightened. The Nigerian media must step up. They must follow up on government projects at all levels and report the full and not half-truth. Mediocrity should not be allowed on our space.
