you are absolutely right, same with cancer... if you have the cure for cancer/HIV etc, you will probably be "silenced forever". pharmaceutical companies will lose too mch money if you some alfa finds a cure for cancer/HIV etc, there is way too much money to be made in the constant selling of these medicine that makes you manage/live with these diseases than the cure.
