He had seven whole years and millions of dollars available to him while he was Governor of Anambra, and not a single LGA in the entire state could boast of a functioning water recycling or purification plant or clean pipe-borne water. Why should it matter that he goes around planting bore-holes everywhere in the north with the major aim of gathering votes for himself come next election period?
