Regarding real estate, especially for diasporans, he is right as Lagos remains the best place to generate substantial ROI. Outside real estate, there are other better states which are poised to expand in population and have bigger land masses.

Saw him at the airport some time back. He's speaking sense here. Company Shares are good on right terms and periods based on performance but have no real guarantees mean it can backfire.

Good advice... This is the only way Nigeria can develop. Lagos is already overpopulated, so develop your region and decongest Lagos.

A pastor is not called or spiritually equipped to give financial advice. Has he apologized for wrong advice that he gave people to invest in stocks where he himself claimed to lose millions of naira?
