Imagine the level of criminal tendencies in the urchins _Cloning a neighbour's house door key to be able to raid his home.
These animals should be treated like adult criminals without pity.
These are the type of criminals that would make the likes of Anini, and Derico look insignificant and pale in comparison.
Hunger shouldn't be an excuse to steal from anybody.
These animals are even lucky to fall into the hands of angels.
Were it to be in places like Cross River,Akwa Ibom, their miserable corpses would be going up in flames on the roadside.

So if you caught someone in the act ..you will still need the court to tell you if he is criminal or not...

I would have forgiven them if it was just once but I change the lock twice and you succeed in cloning this keys those two times? No you are a thief and deserve to be treated as one. The parents are complicit. There is no way those kids cloned the keys themselves. Best to report the family to the police because your home is not the only place they break into.
