It's good to invest in Lagos, but the government should be advised to allow investors thrive.

I got by ɓuilding of four flats (2 bedroom) Duplex demolished. They went and bride the family who sold the land not to appear in court and testify. Over 500 building demolished without compensation. Today the large piece of land is allocated to their cronies to erect an estate without compensation. As at today I am afraid of acquiring property on that axis.

Before I bought my land I did a research on it, I even did a registered survey place, recorded with lands and survey of Lagos State. They should allow people to breath abeg

You are advising Igbo to invest in their land where ekpa can wake up at anytime to set everything ablaze. You want ekpa to ruin 10/20 yrs investment that is life saving of some in one day because of futureless Biafra project? When you make your own money through hard work, go to present insecure east to throw it away under guise of Biafra struggle.

Even ordinary wedding ceremony, rich men run away from Igbo land to do it elsewhere because of insecurity. No celebrant wants ekpa to kill invited guests or kidnap chiefs. I've never done tribal war on this forum before, but its funny how Yorubas are doing the major businesses, but igbos keep saying they are the ones driving the economy. If any of these mega business should stop today , it will have a great effect on the economy and must of them are controlled by the yorubas.

If i don't see my vehicle part to buy in ladipo today , i'll order it directly from china. And if i see any vacum in the supply then i'll go into the importation of that part. That might not really have much impact on the economy because almost everybody knows about alibaba.com

You're not serious. This is what I've been preaching in a while! You Yorubas should understand the ropes of the import and export chain. Find a good domain to populate, sell your stuffs at a very fair deal, and make sure it's of highest quality. Add a little PR, or a rigorous one and watch the socioeconomic conditions burgeon for you. But no, it's some unprofitable things here and there.

Do businesses, learn trade, (stop sticking to artisanry only) if you must do artisan at all, learn all the ropes of its business part. Improve, grow, and soar.
