Do not intimidate the NLC president. The NLC president should have immunity against prosecution while NLC president. Why is a state governor having immunity ? And NLC president, that has all the workers under his umbrella be subject to prosecution This might just be an act of selective prosecution. I suspect the government wants to get rid of him So that they can appoint their own rubber stamp NLC president. Because they know their policies would not bring any relief to Nigerians So the earlier they finger the NLC president as corrupt and have him fired. Then they can replace him with a stooge. |

They also accused Emefiele of sponsoring terrorists. It seems this is their latest template; accusing everybody of sponsoring terrorists, then add cybercrime to it. Same accusation against Blord. Egbetokun well don sar ![]() |

Ajaero is not the first NLC president, but he is the first that I ever seen that leaves reason he was elected and started going shoulder to shoulder with party in power. If you want to be in opposition, better to resign and join labour or any other party of his choice, by them, he is free to talk nonsense and tackle govt of the day the way he chooses to, but being on payroll of govt in power and at same time becomes opposition figure to the govt in power. No where is done among labour union globally. I think Rufai Oseni is the next person to pick and deal with. |

Hope they've done a thorough investigation about the connections before this summon and defamation so as not to attract public outcry and legal tussle in the aftermath. |

In Nigeria we are notorious for trivialising serious matters. So we are arresting labour leaders for terrorism charges while we are 'integrating' 'repentant' murderous Boko Haram terrorists into luxury. Real terrorists and their financiers are still in the corridors of power. By the time you know it, being labelled a terrorist would now be a 'steeze'. |

The kind of mentally disturbed neurotic imbeciles on Nairaland is staggering. I hope it's not a reflection of the mental health and IQ of this country. Reading Nairaland comment feeds is heartbreaking |

Despite that this man concedes to the govt 70k proposal and jettisoned his 250k minimum wage demand, Tinubu could still not let him go scot free? His crime is that he led a nationwide strike that embarrassed the President and made workers shut down the power grid for 24 hours. Now he must pay for it. |
