It seems there was a covert agreement never to allow an igbo man from south east to become the GMD of nnpc. It also seems this is the only thing Nigeria has achieved till date. The regiond with no single drop of oil have been the one managing NNPC and running it aground. Anambra, imo, Abia are oil producing states yet that region have never produced NNPC manager.
