One interlocutory and 2 against the main judgement.

Phillip had been evading service of the 2 Appeals against the main judgement.

He walked into court today and was served with the processes he had been dodging.

There was therefore no further need to proceed with the Interlocutory Appeal which we subsequently withdrew.

The 2 Appeals against the main judgement now formally served on him are still pending and he’s to respond.

The story being peddled now is the n their usual cynical propaganda and misinformation[/b]n
