We should actually establish more institutions to churn out more medical graduates (across all sub-fields) for export. Greater remittances, more avenues to learn new techniques and grasp knowledge. I betoken that more japa folks will return within a decade, with their return, they come with a higher skill-set and experience.

The Philippines, India, Nepal and Indonesia do this. We should do the same. India even has ease of work visas as part of any trade agreement it wants to sign with another country.
It will now make the Japa lane more competitive. grin what you will end up doing is create more doctors to be received by overseas countries grin

It is a good thing as these are educated and skilled people possessing one of the oldest relevant skills universally accepted by everyone. Their presence will further improve our diasporans' image. These doctors, nurses et al., will set up hospitals and centres and/or tutor upcoming medics in Nigeria. It is for the country's good.

Japa is everywhere. address the exchnage rate and the infrastrucutre. It will stop. Those two cannot be addressed except there is good leadership in the country. So address the leadership question.
