I can guarantee you it will happen by November 1. I'm no economist nor speculator... based on observations and trends ... the Naira has just begun to take another dive ...and will be deep diving until Christmas. Traders are now beginning to place orders for Christmas sales ... foreign exchange is needed ... demand will outstrip supply ... price for USD will go up as always happens when demand is greater than supply. Goods must be purchased to allow time to arrive by December. Why wouldn't the Naira be at least 2000 by December? For those who have ears ... immediately convert your Naira to USD before it loses value .... convert back to Naira around the latter part of November when the Naira will likely be hitting rock bottom.

The President-elect said he would work with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to bring down the exchange rate to N200 in his first term.

“My administration will collaborate with the Central Bank to harmonize the fiscal and monetary policy to achieve immediate stabilization of the value of the naira against the US dollars and other currencies and in the short term, strengthen the naira by boosting the supply of foreign currency and moderating demand.

“The short-term goal is to achieve a naira/dollar rate of 300 naira/US$ and gradually achieve a less than 200 naira rate over the next four years,” Tinubu stated.

Are you not aware most Nigerians are dense particularly the agbado supporters.
It's the same way some of them believed it's some imaginary cabal that is benefitting from subsidy payment until the NNPC came out to categorically state that they have not paid a single kobo as subsidy to anyone for the past 9 years.
They have been the sole importer of petrol, so what was the scam the APC positioned to them for?
