Seem the masses have no control over how debt that affects them are incurred and the kind of projects executed with the debts in Africa. I suggest there be Referendum to determine if debt be incurred and for the projects. Looking around africa, we see projects with little impact being executed with huge debts that becomes huge repayment burden to all. Before any major debt is incurred and major project embarked upon, the wider populace be allowed to vote whether the project is worth it and should be done or not. 1 Like |
