Please I need help for my son, he's
suffering from Allergy, he's 3years old.

His reactions to allergies always starts with catarrh and after 2days of catarrh he will start coughing gradually and after like 2days coughing the cough will become intense and breathing will become difficult because the phlegm/cough would have accumulated in his lungs.
The first and second time of experiencing this landed us in the hospital and he was sustained through oxygen because he couldn’t breathe again, it was an emergency case.

Since then, we've learnt to watch him closely, and immediately we discover he's doing catarrh we will quickly start medications so that we won't land in the hospital again.

The cough is not like every normal cough because it doesn't heal easily except by the use of Antibiotics like Cefuroxime Utilev and cough medicine.
After two weeks of rigorous medication the cough would heal but the thing is, it can reoccur again after 3days of treatment if triggered.

My boy has been on medication almost 2 yesrs now.

Is there any permanent cure for this type of allergy?

Initially, we thought it was asthma, after test, the doctor said it's an allergy.

Anyone who knows herb or solution to stop this reactions?

You have to try and find out what is triggering the allergy and keep it away from him. It could be something he eats.

Find out what your son is ALLERGIC to. Allergy is not a STANDALONE illness.

Your son must be allergic to SOMETHING. it may be some kind of FOOD or ingredient in the food or some kind of nuts or smell or something.

Find out!

Apart from allergy, there is a high chance of bacterial infections in children of that age group due to their low immunity and poor hygeine behaviours. This is why antibiotics tend to work sometimes.

I suggest you monitor his White blood count (Total and differentials) levels. He may need injections cefuroxime instead or orals/he might even need to change antibiotics.

I do this every other day.

I have tried to identify the trigger but I haven't, I have kept him away from dust and smoke...

But I suspect it could be pollen, because we live in a new site that has alot of plants and bushes.

Any cure to allergy reactions?

Allergic reactions can't be cured but there are medications you can use to manage it. You should refer to a qualified medical professional for more insight.

The drug cefuroxime comes in oral from and injection form. Ask in pharmacies.

To monitor white blood count, there are laboratories that do the tests. It may be called Full blood count sometimes or just White blood count (Total and differentials).

When the result is out, you can show your doctor. If WBC total or Neutrophil is high to some levels then injection antibiotics is better because orals will be very slow.

After treatment, you can repeat the blood tests because sometimes the cefuroxime you used may not work and then he may need another type of antibiotics.

I have tried finding out but I didn't get it, we moved to where we are now about 2year ago, and he started reactions after exactly after 3 month after we got to where we are now, he's not like this before

First off .. allergies can come from anything ..


Fabrics, food,skincare products, soap .. wood .. and so on ..

.always have prednisolone available at all times ..

But before you do something that drastic, consider taking your son to live with someone, maybe your own parents or siblings, for a while. Just to confirm that a change in environment would ACTUALLY be helpful.

It's our new house located in a new site full of plants and bushes, I believe the trigger is pollen.
It won't be convenient to take him to leave with another person that's why I'm looking for solution if there's herb or medicine that could stop reactions
