Do South East people need the loan ? They are the biggest critics of the loan and they say they don't need it, after all they all billionaires and very rich.

1. Is the numbers of students in UNIMAID higher than UNILAG or UNIBEN?

2. If disbursement was done per resumption, are they saying that there are no Universities in the SE or more than one in the SS with resumption dates that tallies with the disbursement dates?

3. So, resumption dates are known for SW and Northern States only
