It's not such a big miss. We have all done it when we are unbalanced and trying to rush a shot on the run. You could see he had lost his balance just before he reached the ball. He should have actually calmed down there and trapped the ball, regained his balance before shooting. That's where I trust players like Papilo. They will rather die than shoot first time if off balance.
