8 days ago, the NATIONAL JUDICIAL COUNCIL made this recommendation. It's not something Tinubu just stood up from his bed and did.

Some people are not happy with this development but they don't have choice, they can't complain. Judiciary has a protocol they follow strictly hence, you can't blame anyone for making Justice Kekere-Ekun the new CJN.

He sought Justice and he got it.

His lawyers argued his case well and showed why all the cancelled votes should be returned such that he scored the highest.

Unlike Peter Obi who wanted to move from 3rd to 1st, but could not show how he got more votes than Atiku or Tinubu, so he settled for a way to have Tinubu disqualified.
