MrBrownJay1:Lolz. At no time will you ever ask that thief and fraud Obi to account for the money he diverted to his personal business and offshore accounts. Tell me the crime Oando broke by acquiring AGIP? |
| Re: So What Wrong Did Oando Commit By Acquiring AGIP ? by MrBrownJay1(m): 1:11pm On Aug 23, 2024 |
ShinnBet:Oando's crime started the day it was acquired by the presido's family duh!!! President Tinubu settled a decade long lawsuit that the Nigerian gov had against SHELL/ENI (about oil prospecting licenses)... and mysteriously, after Tinubu put his children/family in charge of Oando Plc, that same Oando company now acquired all the onshore assets of Eni (Eni, the exact same company and assets that the Nigerian gov had a lawsuit against). so Tinubu becomes president, settles a lawsuit against a company and the next day acquires all the assets of that company in Nigeria?!!?!?!?! and now that same Oando company (covered by the presido's blessing) is making moves in Nigeria to set themselves up for the next century! bro, if you dont see whats wrong in this picture, and rather focus on some other bastard politician named Obi, then no wonder Nigeria as a country will NEVER EVER propsper. the problem is not Tinubu, the problem is all you people who see nothing wrong with the above. have a fantastic day! |

MrBrownJay1:All IPOB beer parlour conjecture . No single shred of truth in what you wrote up there. This deal has been under negotiation since 2020. Was Tinubu the President then ? |

MrBrownJay1:Why don't you talk about the assets of Exxon Mobil that were acquired by SEPLAT owned by someone that is not from Tinubu's family? Why don't you talk about the assets of SHELL that were acquired by Renaissance Group(ND Western, Aradel, First E&P etc.) owned by people that are not from Tinubu's family? Hypocrites |
| Re: So What Wrong Did Oando Commit By Acquiring AGIP ? by ShinnBet(op): 1:17pm On Aug 23, 2024 |
zeuss:Shell is no longer operating in Nigeria. Exon Mobil are limited to operating offshore wells in both Akwa Ibom and Delta. The former commonwealth secretary-General , Anyankou owns a marginal oil field in Anambra. So try another lie. |

ShinnBet:- so you mean the Nigerian government didnt have a lawsuit against Shell/Eni for decades? - so you mean Tinubu didnt settle that lawsuit as soon as he got into power? - so you mean oando plc is not owned by his family? - so you mean oando plc didnt acquire all the onshore assets of Eni, right after the lawsuit was settled by Tinubu?!?! - so you mean Agip that Oando acquired today is NOT Eni's subisdiary?! Nigeria deserves the hell it gets because of people like you.... ***spit on floor*** |

| Re: So What Wrong Did Oando Commit By Acquiring AGIP ? by MrBrownJay1(m): 1:25pm On Aug 23, 2024 |
mikeapollo:the problem is not people buying companies left right and center, the problem is when the president puts his family in charge of a company that directly benefits from decision made by that same president. the company that was acquired by oando plc today (Agip) is a subsidiary of Eni, the same company that the Nigeria gov (aka Tinubu) settled a lawsuit against.... so technically, what they are doing is acquiring ALL THE ASSETS of the company that owe Nigeria.... only a blind fool wouldnt see that they simply gave the whole company/asset to Tinubu's family for payment of that lawsuit! Habbeyy:dont confuse hate with COMMON SENSE! its obvious you people will see nothing wrong in what the political party (you follow) does....while a sane person with a functioning brain, will judge all these yeye bastard politicians for what they are.... TINUBU/OBI etc are all bastard politicians using Nigeria to enrich themselves! |
| Re: So What Wrong Did Oando Commit By Acquiring AGIP ? by ShinnBet(op): 1:30pm On Aug 23, 2024 |
MrBrownJay1:How about Obi diverting state funds to his personal portfolio and offshore accounts ? That #75bn investment heist by Obi yielded jack shit for Anambra state and no attempt has been made to get Obi to account for it. Also, we know Obi opened and operated an offshore account in Panama under his then teenage daughter's name. For all your conjectures against Tinubu who is not a part of the running board of Oando will you leave Obi who claimed that he was not also part of his family business when he made those investments ? This is the height of stinking IPOB hypocrisy . |

MrBrownJay1:look if atiku is the president he will do the same thing even peter obi will find a way to get a piece of cake in the oil sector,no one is a saint in Nigeria even me talking here will be glad if I find myself in such position today because I have seen people from villages become overnight billionaires because of the ties to the presidency. I don't want to act as a saint but what Nigerians need is the impact on their lives nothing else. |

MrBrownJay1:Until you begin to openly demand from Obi about the Anambra wealth he brazenly and openly invested in his companies and foriegn accounts, then you have no business condemning the open acquisition of a private oil company by another private entity. |

mikeapollo:The same SEPLAT that the evil Buhari gov't refused to give the go-ahead for their acquisition of Mobils onshore assets!? The entire affair dragged on for more than a year, and has only just been signed off by this present gov't because they had designs on TOTAL! The 'crime' of SEPLAT was that it was founded and had majority Igbo interests! The vile bigot sees Ndigbo as '3rd class' citizens...a 'conquered' people who are not deserving to be placed on the same pedestal (politically and economically) with the Yoruba and his Fulani, and before he fcked off he engineered the removal of Dr Orjiakor and Avuru from their positions while others like Wale Tinubu were left alone in peace! Through good management, SEPLAT grew organically over the years to become the leading indigenous player in the oil and gas sector! They are not one of those emergency oil and gas coys that were quickly formed and gifted prolific yielding oil blocks! The 'crime' of SEPLAT was having a majority Igbo interest which was bound to attract envy and sabotage from the usual suspects who control the executive, and by extension the ministry of petroleum! Given the success of SEPLAT over the years, should anyone really be surprised they had the capacity to buy MOBIL? Juxtapose their position with that of OANDO that was plagued by all manner of corporate, boardroom and capital market troubles during the Buhari era, only for them to 'miraculously' recover when Tinubu became president...to the point of being able to buy ALL of TOTAL! If you can't smell a rat in all this then there's something wrong with your sense of smell! If we interrogate that Renaissance group (which i've done), you'd still find a slant towards a certain ethnicity! Should anyone be surprised they emerged AFTER May 29, 2023? One would be naive not to know this Reanaissance set up is a proxy for a certain greedy man, his family and network of friends/associates! |

Bizibi:sadly i fully disagree with that... Nigerians are greedy, Nigerians are lazy, Nigerians always want to cut corners and acquire what they dont deserve. the problem here is not Tinubu or Obi or Atiku, the problem is Nigerians themselves. thats why its the same old shiit for the past 50+ yrs and it wont change. with all due respect, all people who reason like you do should be put in front of a firing squad and get rid of. do you know that if a give you $1Billion, and you spend $1million a month, it will take you 83 fukcing years to spend all that money?!?! now these bastard polithieves are stealing 10s of Billions of dollars for their own selfish self...IMAGINE WHAT THEY COULD DO WITH THAT MONEY AND/OR HOW IT COULD HELP THE GENERAL POPULATION (WHO ARE SUFFERING DAILY BECAUSE OF THE SELFISH DECISIONS THEY TAKE)!!!! |

IGBOPROMISE1:Everything is tribalism to you guys. Dangote outsmarting Ibeto cement is tribalism. Nigerian Breweries having largest share of Nigerian market over obi's brewry is also as a result of tribalism. Even so-called Yoruba banks leading the sector is also tribalism. Even if we consider the music industry and Yoruba dominance, it's all down to tribalism. Dangote foods sector that has come to dominate the entire West African market is because of tribalism. Your inability to foist yourselves as rulers of Nigeria is also tribalism. Hell, even Yoruba dominating the media and church ventures in Nigeria is because of tribalism. |

ShinnBet:i dont give a flying fukc about Obi, Atiku or any other politician... they are ALL BASTARD POLITHIEVES!!!! this is a thread about Oando plc, a company owned by Tinubu's family... stick to the issue at hand, rather than reason like a political brainless sheep! MrBrownJay1: |

MrBrownJay1:It's my thread and I reserve the right to point to your fcking hypocrisy in leaving a brazen heist by Obi and attacking a private venture acquisition. Even if Tinubu was instrumental in seeing to AGIP sell their assets on their way out to Oando and Oando alone , how did that in anyway look like the brazen heist by Obi ? Influence peddling is not a crime and even at that AGIP was already on their way out. Did it cross your mind that AGIP went with Oando because they offered and paid a better deal than anybody else? If an Ibo man had purchased AGIP you won't be here lamenting but will rather be celebrating it as a sign of your business acumen. Tell me how this purchase by Oando comes close to obi's brazen heist? |

LegendHero:Don't mind them, Oando has been in operational early 2000. Obasanjo was the then president. Obi that invested Anambra state money on his bank and family business is not a consign to oloriburukus, which is now next to nothing now. |
| Re: So What Wrong Did Oando Commit By Acquiring AGIP ? by MrBrownJay1(m): 2:10pm On Aug 23, 2024 |
ShinnBet:so the Nigerian gov (aka Tinubu) settles a lawsuit against a company, then his family acquires ALL the assets of this company (ENI/AGIP etc) and thats ok with you?! but as usual, instead of focussing on the madness thieving/looting and nepotism that is happening with Oando plc, you'd rather point fingers at what others did and say:"Obi did worse, Buhari did worse, Goodluck did worse, Babangida did worse, Shehu Shagari did worse" i guess in your yeye world, because others are bastard thieves, then its ok for Tinubu to be one too, abi?!?!? |
| Re: So What Wrong Did Oando Commit By Acquiring AGIP ? by ShinnBet(op): 2:15pm On Aug 23, 2024 |
MrBrownJay1:The whole Shell case you are mentioning was already under alternative resolution that was instigated by Malami's Ministry of Justice. The case involved the granting of operational license of a offshore oil well by Dan Etete to Shell. Obasanjo started the legal process to revoke the license and began the criminal prosecution of Dan Ete in far away Europe citing bribery and kickbacks. The case saw to Shell leaving Nigeria and taking Nigeria to court of international arbitration abroad. The case has been ongoing since Obasanjo's era and only came to a negotiated resolution under Buhari. So I don't understand how this case had anything to do with Tinubu. |
